Apartments and motels are plentiful in New Zealand and a good option for the travelling golfer. The accommodation is usually spacious and the extra facilities allow for self-catering if required. Motel accommodation in New Zealand, compared to many other countries, is generally of a high standard.
NZ hotels typically offer guests accommodation in a variety of rooms, suites and apartment styles, along with hotel facilities. International hotel chains operate in the main centres while smaller boutique hotels are scattered across the country.
There is a wide range of bed and breakfast accommodation and this is a good option for a home-away-from-home kiwi experience.
Note: We generally do not make AirBnB bookings for clients as we feel clients should choose this type of accommodation for themselves due the varied nature of it and different check-in procedures.
There is much to be said for a New Zealand campervan holiday: no packing and unpacking every few days; freedom to enjoy some great locations and a great way to meet fellow travellers.
